Refund Policy

Return unused unopened product (here after referred to as “Product”) in its original form and packaging within 3 days to be eligible for full refund. Products returned after 3 days and within 7 days will get 50% refund. No refunds after purchase of Product after 7 days. For more information contact us. The timeline for processing the refund is up to 30 working days and refunds are made only through the original mode of payment, Also customer / buyer will be bearing the return shipping cost.

For returning products –

Step 1 – contact us on [email protected] and on social media where the purchase happened (if any).

Step 2 – return the product to the following address unless another address mentioned by contacting us in Step 1 above. The address given in Step 1 by contacting us takes priority.

Delivery policy

We deliver same day or maximum next day for orders in Bahrain and within 5-7 working days in other Arab Countries. Always check news posted by us for any uncontrollable events such as a the pandemic or other situations in the region, were the delivery times may be significantly longer and on case by case basis.
